As your hosts, we kindly ask you follow these guidelines for your safety and the safety of others. We respectfully request that you drive slowly and with extreme caution once on the gravel road leading to the cabin as our neighbors have children and pets! 15 MPH speed limit entering and exiting the property on the gravel road “Village Tower Road”. Please be aware you are surrounded by the natural beauty of Arkansas. There are insects, animals, rodents, plants, and wildlife of all kind. Please use caution when on the property. There is a propane fireplace downstairs for use in cold weather months. Please see manual for instructions. Keep grill on patio or gravel area. Keep fire pit on gravel area. Do not dump live coals or embers. There is a large shop on the premises that is off limits to guests. Please do not block the large bay door to the shop. Contact host regarding parking for trailers, boats, etc. There is a tornado shelter that is off limits to guests unless weather conditions call for use. Please contact the host in cases of inclement weather for instruction of use if necessary. The cabin has interior stairs going to the top floor with a railing overlooking the bottom floor. Please use caution and do not allow children to horseplay. The upstairs loft has a trundle bed with wheels that pulls out on the bottom. Please use caution when this bed is accessible for use since it is mobile. No children unattended upstairs. A pack-and-play for small children can be available as well as a tension gate for the stairs. Any additional travel requests for children will be happily met if possible! ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING! Failure to comply to any rules could result in additional cleaning fees or reservation cancellation.

The entire cabin, driveway, carport and backyard are available when renting the space. The large storage shop down hill from the driveway is off limits.
